Groups based on ability
Our gymnastics classes are for all abilities. They start with a group warm up, before being split into smaller groups based on ability.
In these smaller groups they then rotate around the apparatus, before re-grouping at the end of the session for the cool down.
They work through the British Gymnastics Rise Gymnastics Award Scheme, where once they have passed the set of exercises, you have the opportunity purchase the medal and certificate.
Competitions
Prices
- Trial Session £9.00
- £36.00 per month for one hour per week.
- TJ Gymnastics Annual Membership £22.00
- British Gymnastics Annual Insurance £24.00
All new members get a Trial Session (£9.00) before committing to the monthly and annual payments!
