Class Absenses?
On the day, especially if it is not long before your class is due to start.
All coaches have access to WhatsApp, and it is the best way to let us know when classes are already in action!
If you are notifying us more than a day before your class, either WhatsApp on the number above or drop us an email.
Office Opening Hours:
- Monday – 12:00-5:00pm
- Tuesday – 12:00-7:15pm
- Wednesday – 12:00-5:00pm
- Thursday – 12:00-6:15pm
- Friday – CLOSED
- Saturday – 9:00-12:00pm
- Sunday – CLOSED
